Run the fetch script to pull your Google Analytics data:
npm run refresh
- Create a Google Cloud service account (one-time setup)
- Save the JSON key as
config/credentials/ga-service-account.json
- Add the service account email as a Viewer in GA4
- Run the command above, then refresh this page
